how can i improve this image? i still need to add the lights to the armour but can't seem to know how...

Work on the Elite material so you can tell what it is
Work on your lightning

what do you want him to do? have sex? and the floor should be ice like place...

Well right now, it looks like he's skating or something ridiculous. It's not characteristic of running, because the pose is not the manner in which Elites run.

Also, the materials, overall, are lacking detail. Looks like just diffuses.

ok im still new but i really need a detail tut about making the color changing bump maps. anyway i've been messing around with using diff mc bump maps. this is a active camo bump with the cc over it. tell me how it looks and i really need a link to that tut. i can't find one that goes into dep.

Get rid of the background, it's incredibly distracting and serves no purpose, in addition to increasing the file size (A 2mb jpeg, Jesus).

You don't put a color change on a bump map.

Use a color other than gray for the armor, it's very difficult to distinguish things when it's all the same color.

ok first, it's a 2mb png. i did a quick upload so it comes out as a jpg at the end if you do quick upload on filefront. and yes i did but a color change.
i'll render again with a diff color and get rid of the background

Never save as a PNG if you don't have a specific reason to (Such as transparency).

As for the bump map color change: I didn't ask if you did, I said don't do it. You should not use a color change on a bump map, that doesn't even make sense.

Could somebody help me with a Battle Rifle model? I am using a mac and I need the first person and third person model views. I also need the bitmaps for it.

It's illegal to send the model and textures. You can extract models using ADI and bitmaps using Entity.

So are you trying to do renders, or attempting to do a mod for the game? If not rendering, then the question doesn't belong in this topic.

I was posting here in the hope that somebody was doing a render of the Battle rifle and was able to supply me with the model of it, and I apologize if this post is in the wrong topic.
