There hasn't been heaps of activity here, so I thought I'd spruce things up with today's mini project. Messing around with hi res textures is fun.

Keep in mind, this hi definition remake is still early, but at this rate it should be done in a few days =D

Yays! Almost done the skinning part but I'm running into rendering problems. Either the bitmaps have been created improperly and are screwing up now, or that the Halo 2 engine wasn't really designed for too many 1024x1024 bitmaps (Mix of the two I'd imagine, esp considering there are no 1024x1024 bitmaps in game)

second pic kinda sucks :(

edit: they both kinda suck. The detail seems blurred or something...I may take them again later.

Thanks for that...I decided to make a super HD image (Yes, I'm deeming alby's genius as super HD) ;p
Yes, its still early beta, I'm trying to figure out how to go about skinning with the hi res problems. Regardless, I am a big fan of the orsm cliff texture I made. There is also the new MC skin, however I'm gonna make it all better asap.
