O lawl, Argon...
Its the warthog_speedo; and it reacts to "crouch"; meaning that it goes through a color change when the Spartan crouches; then disappears when he stands up again.
The reason its stripes is because this was my first edit of the shader; just to see what SIDs it would respond to, and in what ways. Meaning I never edited the actual bitmap that causes the glow until afterwards.
I'll compile another gif to show something a little more useful/interesting that can be done with this shader; or maybe its the scanner shader... Cannot remember at this moment.

No... no not at all.JacksonCougAr wrote:Play the map; it looks fine; only bad part is the tree bark. The bloom on the buildings is perfect
That's what it would look like in extreme conditions that don't occur naturally, all whilst being viewed through a camera lens.DarkShallFall wrote:If you have been to Florida on a sunny day thats what it looks like.
I'm from a sunny place...But damn, I'd hate to live where you do if there was that much glare.DarkShallFall wrote:If you have been to Florida on a sunny day thats what it looks like.
IMO The bloom is incredibly unnatural...Look at the trees! But I don't see the need for the skin also.
edit: I see you've released it anyway.

I like the look of it but if your comparing it to Florida on a sunny day its very rarely that bright. Since I do live in Florida I can confirm this. I do remember one time at the beach this past summer it was so bright out it hurt to look around for a while and I forgot my sunglasses that day too. Usually the palm trees here don't light up. ;P
I do like the look of the map though.
