looks good, except for one thing that i think should've been obvious to you. the sniper's left hand is not positioned correctly. he needs to grasp the rifle, not balance the rifle on the clip in his palm.
Actually I did that on purpose. Shooters often use that hold on rifles to bring the rifle up higher I used it because it seemed like the best hold for this rifle due to a few reasons. The first being that if I put him in a pose where he was holding in in between his thumb and index finger on his palm as I would for a normal rifle, his hand would be farther forward to clear the mad and would lower the rifle's muzzle. As you can see the muzzle is already too low because I had to raise the rear to get good uh... "Helmet weld". If the muzzle was lowered I would have to raise his elbow off his hip, normally I would do that but due to the size of that rifle (especially the huge barrel) and my experience with rifles I would say that that rifle would be VERY heavy, like 20 or 30 or more pounds. Not a very big problem for a seven foot tall half ton cyborg super soldier who can flip a 66 ton tank with his bare hands BUT for a little (relatively speaking) ODST this could cause a lot of fatigue. The visors are welded that is just the corner of the box they are standing in

.
That said, I think I will tweak the pose a little. Also I don't want to be accused of spamming so here is a picture my friend had me make while he was over this after noon. ODSTs on a LONG patrol.
Now I need to get a towel to wipe all the drool off my desk from looking at Halo 2 Rules post
