Okay, if you wanna know how to do this, just incase you dont already.
-Open HMT
-Click Bitmap
-Go to levels\a30\bitmaps\detail grass
-Save Texture
-(If your lazy, skip this step), Go to photoshop or something, make it black and white, or grayscale(Note. I didn't do this)
-Go to levels\b30\bitmaps\detail sand
-Inject the detail grass bitmap
Done.

(NOTE!!!: This will mess up your death island, battle creek and infinity ground...It will just look all crazy lol)

That messes up the multiply blending mode for the base map.

It could possibly be in the Utilities section...the one with "Tools you will need to mod Halo" written under it...or you could try Google even.

Easier for not messing up maps, swap the meta for sand and grass bitmaps.

This really isn't helpful, though, instead of having dirt, you have green everywhere, IMO it doesn't look good at all, for bad GFX cards.

Shader_Environment tags use blending of alpha maps in a shader. In the bg ground bitmap, the alpha has black/white/grey blends. The darker it is, the "grassier" it gets. The lighter it is, the "sandier" it gets.

Swapping things can't fix something as great, I just recommend getting a better card for cheaper.

Well, I guess that works, but too bad, the only way I'll have better graphics or ram, is to buy a whole new computer. Or upgrade my other peice of shit computer :P
