Well after a hour or two of mapping out some things. I figured I would throw this simple little program together. It will connect to your Xbox Hard Drive using your Connectivity Kit (example: XSATA or XPort 360) and dump all the Halo 3 Screenshots you have. You just run the application, goto File then Dump Screenshots. This will save you some time instead of uploading to bungie.net.
Hope this makes life alittle easier on all you.

Awesome now we don't have to go to bungie.net to get our screenshots. This will be really useful for once we start modding and cant upload our screenshots there in fear of getting banned

Is there a way to save them in like bmp quality? Or does the xbox 360 automatically save them as jpg?

It looks like it doesn't save them at the original resolution, judging from Supermodder's example...regardless, awesome job.

no it does, he posted the full res one and it stretched out the page, so I told him he should scale it down to fit or put a link to the full

Awesome. I still have to get an Xsata. I think I'm going to get one either for christmas or when I mod this guy's xbox and he pays me 50 bucks for it.

Yea when you get them off your 360 they are huge I scaled it down because it streched the screen like Anthony said.

If you have an XSata will you get banned from live?
The maximum signature size is 500x120px at 75kb.

No. They can't detect something like that, it doesn't modify the console. You won't get banned unless you modify the content on the drive. Just taking things off should not get you banned.
