Yeah you could just do that, but it'd be nice to have for download eventually too.

I meant to post this in the research topic btw, I just realized I posted this in Engineer topic.

On topic, I just got to looking at the source of this, and I just want to say I really like the plugin method with the CSharpCodeProvider. I'll hopefully implement it down the road. Good thinking to whoever wrote it.

It would be useful because It can do the particle effects, Im thinking of a BSP viewer that is better than Entity. That has particle effects, motion blur. And maybe even theater playback.

That would be relatively pointless, and theater playback would not have anything to do with XNA at all.

Nevermind, I was thinking instead of average DirectX you could use something that would implement everything already.

error upon map upload

Unhandled exception has occurres in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.


Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than size of collection.
Parameter name: startIndex

what was it built in? C++?

I'm releasing v1.1 in a couple days. I'd like to take some suggestions for features people want included before I release though. So if you have any please post them here.

Actually, today I found what I'm sure is the RSA Public Key for Halo 3 maps.
If you get on MSN I will send and you can make a quick app to verify the current map signature. :D

how do you access the maps to edit them? Do you have to save it as a forge map, file share, edit the map after saving it, then save as a forge map and put into H3? I'm new to H3 modding. I want to make it possible to make the MC in SP the MP armor and colors.
