HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hi. Being a fan of Halo 3 Beta,
I wanted to know if it was possible with a Dev Kit to :
- Inject Beta Maps in Halo 3
- Replace bipd (Beta -> H3)
- Change MainMenu Music (Beta -> H3)
- Remplace the MatchMaking Lobby (Beta -> H3)
- And more possibility...
