Usermap troubles

So I've been trying to figure out whats causing my problem on my own, but with no luck I turn to you, Halomods.
I extracted my forged usermap from my profile and got to work.
I placed some grenades on Halo 3 and then modified them with Forge to be the mancannons found on Avalanche.
Saved the map and resigned it with the Halomods Container Tool using my Profile and Device ID's from the forged map.
I startup Halo 3 with the HDD containing the modded usermap but when I'm going to select the map its not there.
I did everything exactly like I said earlier so I'm not sure what's wrong.
I check the usermap again in the PC by extracting it and opening it in Forge and it seems fine, its exactly like I modded it but it still doesn't show up in Halo 3.
The Profile and Device ID's should be correct.

I had the same problem.

If I clicked the resign option in Forge, aswell as the Container Tool... then it worked fine.

I will try this, I might also try to redownload the container tool.
Edit: Yes, it works fine now, using your technique. Thanks! :)
