While looking through the layout of usermaps I found multiple occurrences of the description of the map and the name of the map. Why is this and is there a correct offset to use to get the description and title? Like will one of the sets of the description not appear in every usermap.

Sorry if I haven't made much sense but it is as well as I can describe what I would like to know.

every user map has the description and names, the description how ever can be blank and its either in or after(don't know how to technically describe this) the chdr header in every usermap at the offset usually 0xD030 in 116 kb maps and 0xE030 in 176kb maps
