H3 not recording video's

I wasn't sure if i should post here or in general discussion. I decided since modded content might be the issue (idk how) and that my intentions are to mod, this would be the place to post.
I have been working on a mod all day and now that i am done i want to make a video of it and then mod the video before uploading both to Forge Share
Problem is... no matter what i do or what profile i use H3 isn't recording ANY video's on ANY profile. The last vid it recorded was earlier this afternoon when i was testing my mod.
Any ideas?
