HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

So with the HaloMaps Container Tool and other things such as SandBox can we switch say a tire with a dead body in forge? our dose all modding have to be done on PC and not the console? Sorry i've been away for awhile.

You cannot do model swaps with usermap edits.
All modding is always done on the PC, there aren't modding tools that run on a console...
