I need help understanding this RSA stuff...

1) What does the RSA put a signature on? I get you need the device and profile or something, but it prevents you from editing the information, so my question really is, what does the profile device have to do wif anything and what does the RSA encrypt exactly?

2) What offset to what offset is the public key located in the header of the CON?
