Video Extraction

Is there any possible way extract the video from a fimlclip CON file? or anyway at all to get the clip on your computer without a capture card?
I thought bungie had something you could do this with on there sire but i cant find it

The Halo 3 film files are not videos. They are data files with coordinates and other such data, the game is re-created within the engine from the data in the file, there is no actual video. There is no way to get a video without a capture card of some sort. Previously, there were websites that would use capture cards to record your film for you, but I don't know if any of them are still available. I think they're still working on that, and I'm pretty sure It's supposed to be only for Bungie Pro subscribers, so keep that in mind.
