Halo CE Tutorials

I think the Halo CE Tutorials should have attachments because Halo PC has attachment feature in its tutorial. Plus, no one likes mega upload.
And thanks for cleaning up that forum, there were many questions.

I don't see why many boards have attachments disabled. It's not like if they are enabled, people will suddenly start uploading ridiculous crap without any reason.

Yeah, that bugs me as well. Maybe we can get an admin to do something about it.

I can't update the Gamertag Database tool because attachments are disabled in Gamers Corner. >_<

I'm pretty sure Kirk can't do anything about it. An Admin like I_F or Gren may need to activate it.

Kirk is an admin. He has access to the attachment mod settings.
