[Suggestion] Model forum.

Well since the overflow of models in the pc has gotta stop, and people dont use tags and resources, why not? There will be, Model tutorials, Model downloads, Modeling discussion, Modeling utilities and outstanding models and an art studio for WIPs. This will encourage alot of people to start. A prefix will be needed [Model] or [Model+skin]. All have to be .obj and rared.
