Doesn't matter. Say "user has animated avatar" in the report.

"[user]Dan!! sig is against the rules"

Thanks, it's been taken care of.

We're still a little iffy on the report feature at the moment. Iron_Forge is trying to arrange to have it be the same as it was before the merge. So I honestly don't mind new topics being created. As soon as we get this figured out though, and we'll announce it, please start reporting these things.
