Yeah Is Their A Way To have a shout out box enabled or intalled in this forum. That way people can talk live without needing to get on an IM.
Its worth it because you can edit shouts if someone sayss eomthing bad.

No...those are extremely tacky.

They just look bad and don't benefit the forum.
