He means a board where he can spam, because he keeps posting pointless topics in General Chat, and we keep telling him to stop.
Anyways, the answer is no. I've already talked to you and told you to stop spamming. In addition to that, other staff members have as well. You've received your warning, and you're aware of the consequences if you continue to post pointless stuff.
