rank names

OK, I was over at the files.forums a few minutes ago, and the ranks are lieutenant, captain etc. army ranks, but I thought it looked better than Grunt Jackal Elite etc. because these are species names, and not exactly ranks. however if you had army ranks in the forums, it might be a bit more logical, just a thought
