Sorry, but my say is no.
He was given a chance, infact I warned him twice.
It's his own fault.

I say no also, no one should get special treatment and be unbanned within a few days or months after thier ban, I say give it a couple years.

i say no, he was given a warning, so there is no reason he should be placed above anybody else.
