Favicon?

It is my understanding that this site has a favicon depicting a typical Halo health pack, but that it is overridden by the metadata from phpBB, which assigns the ugly greenish-blue tent thing on browsers that actually pay attention to such things. Surely the intended favicon for the site is the health pack, which is prominently display on all the wonderful... error pages?

So, I must ask, why not has the phpBB favicon - stored under images/favicon.ico - been replaced with the health pack one?

I too have noticed that. I first saw it when there was the server move, and thought we were getting a new favicon for the site, but then it was not there when the site was back up, so I thought the idea had been scrapped, but now you mention it, I do realise that it only appears when the site is down and the "Cannot connect to database" error comes up.

The former can be seen on any sort of error pages, say, here.

Because we have no active admins.

I've been trying to get one file changed for like 3 months and I still can't. I need to alter the GTDB and I cannot get someone to let me change like 3 lines for anything. All I need is download file, 10 seconds to paste code in, upload file, and I can't get the person to do it. I wouldn't count on any change, regardless of how incredibly simple it would be.
