There hasn't been a lot of new info released on Halo Wars lately, no one even knows a release date.

As other people here have said, there's simply not enough to discuss. I'm not even sure modding it will be very popular, considering it's only on Xbox 360 (granted that Halo 3 is too, but modders are more familiar with its engine, and most RTS mods require a huge amount of custom content only manageable on a PC).

I'd say make a topic in the Gamer's Corner, as Darco suggested...but don't count on a Halo Wars section being added.
