Directed towards RaVNzCRoFT, who says he or the person he was making the suggestions to lives in the United States where such things are illegal? Maybe he lives in a part of Europe where copyright laws don't apply...

Well I can't find whats going on... But, From what you said, He still should of known he was on an American Website.

Just because it's not illegal in some places doesn't mean it's discussion is allowed for people living in those places. Laws change for location, the rules don't.
