Where do I post

I don't have an account on the user forums so where on this forum can I request a team for a mod or "recruit" and if there is no place then we should make one I mean if we can have a gen. chat we can have a recruit area.

I don't see such a section being added anytime soon. Making a account on the users forum takes 2 minutes, I suggest you just do that.
