I am really not in the mood to type out my entire reasoning behind the topic in question, but I can tell you this:

It's staying locked.

Also, PM's != IM's.
I don't know about the other Lt.'s, but I do not have a personal robot slave that kicks me in the ass when I receive a PM.
If you would like to make one for me, go nuts.
(How about a little bit less of kicking in the butt, and more of popping up on my screen saying "You have received a PM. Please check your Inbox." Oh wait, it already does that.)

Now, please, don't ask to unlock the topic again.
It's best if it stays locked, and out of mischief.
