Voting on rules in halo mods

Is somebody flaming or causing problems? Is there a post that is too large for content? Moderators will check here often to discover problems quickly.

I'm sure theres alot of good Ideas that can improve halo mods, but I'm curious why can't we make a voting forum and let people vote on new rules :?:
