My Topics Being Deleted For No Reason ?

Every time I create a topic, and yes, in the correct category, it gets deleted. I would like an explanation. I created a website based off images a.k.a. Graphics so I put it in the graphics section. Maybe it was moved, but I sure didn't see it anywhere.
