One question

i dont know what the problem is, but when i try and join peoples party's it takes me the blue screen with the elite and spartan and gets stuck there tell i go back to dash or restart my xbox, any help would be nice. could clear my cache or something some how.

That doesn't help.
It may be an internet connection problem. Have you tried restarting your router?

Is your NAT open? It might be a problem with that.

We wouldn't want to effectively and accurately help the issue.
The only way for your comment to hold weight would be for you to honestly think that I had the mindset that involved me posting my first message and going, "Hey I completely solved this guys issue".
For you to think that would be nothing short of stupid.

You're telling me, that you needed clarification? When he clearly stated "i try and join peoples party's it takes me the blue screen with the elite and spartan and gets stuck there." That is the problem. Saying, "You didn't ask a question" is not going to clarify or help his situation.
No, I'm stating that useless comments aren't helpful to his situation.

It implicates a request for further information.
-Frequency
-When did it start
-How long has it been going for
-Has it always been like this
-Does it happen on other accounts
-Have you tried doing anything else to remedy the situation
Useless comments aren't helpful in any situation. You don't need to justify your comment with a clarification as it would make your logic redundant.

Oh come on, you know just as well as I do that saying, "You didn't ask a question" doesn't imply/translate to "When did it start? How often does it occur? What have you tried?, etc." It's just going to make him restate his problem in a question form, such as... "When I try to join someone's party, it takes me to the blue screen with the spartan and elite. How do I fix it so that I can join someone's party normally?"

Hmm, that normally only happens to me when the game I join is in session, and I start in the next round or game. Try reseting your router. If thats what you're using. >_> Also, you don't have to apologize, you did nothing wrong.

So, arguing at this point isn't going to do anything but inflate egos...
I used to have the same problem, then I placed my 360 in a demilitarized zone (DMZ). Open your router's settings and try that?
