Make Blackout with lights out

I was screwing around with the new filters they added to the scenery package on the new three maps. I know a lot of people were pretty upset with Blackout in that it was too lit up with lights even though set at night. Good news my friends that want it to be dark dark.
1. Load up Blackout on forge.
2. Go into forge mode and go to the scenery tab.
3. Go all the way to the bottom of the list.
4. Place the FX, gloomy into the map.
I would recommend doing this at the middle of the map so you can find it easier later if you want to remove it.
This will make the map very dark and will give better places to hide and to sneak around as a good night map should be like.
I might upload a picture of what I am talking about tomorrow. Have fun.
