To the Pelican as a Player for Rats Nest Thread

Many of you will probably say it's impossible and not to even bother, also I'm not doing this in hopes of flying the pelican. (Though it would be cool).
I want you guys to produce your findings on the matter on ways we can maybe get over near that pelican.
GET ALMOST ANY OBJECT TO THE PELICAN:
Basically your spawn an object near the edge of the cliff, once it is stable, spawn a man-cannon and it will send the object flying, now place the man-cannon were that object was. You may notice that the object won't disappear like when you dropped it onto the man-cannon, this would work for teleporters if they could be moved through force. This trick works on all objects that can move once stable.

You die before you can get to the pelican. As far as I know there isnt any way past that deathzone.

you can drop the teleporter onto the man cannon once the cannon is positioned.

Can't be done since the object needs to be stable before going on the man-cannon.
(By Stable I mean when teleporters stop moving after placement they float.)
And since once teleports are stable they can't be moved, it won't work.

how big of a standing area is there cause i have a teleporter over there and i still die... guess i need it right on top of the pelican.
edit: no idea how he lived. I have teleporter which look like they are in teh same place they are yet i still die.
edit2: also it is possable to send a teleporter through a man cannon and have it not dissapear.
edit 3: also im guessing the guy in the first pic is airborne and not on the pelican's wing cause the wing has no collision apparently.

cause its either fake or shadows arent cast on scenery.

You can see a faint reflection from the Spartan with the rocket. (The one on the cockpit window.) So, I'm sure it's not photoshopped.
Or is it.

And considering those windows aren't reflecting in real time...

Nothing reflects in real time outside of cinematics in Halo 3.

looks photoshopped.
reason being in campaign where they gained the obvious collision models and unit itself both have contouring front ends. if you jump on a pelican in sp you can see in theater that chiefs feet contour to the glass in the front of the pelican where in that photo they are flat and non contouring unless this person posts a link to their profile where the picture exists, this is a fake.
