Flood

I saw some flood in the game and they didnt look like the other flood and they were crawling and some mutated into brute flood,and i was wondering what are these flood called?

They are called Flood Pure Forms. They have three different forms, the Stalker form, which is the one that climbs on walls, the Tank form, which is a huge walking thing, and the Ranged form, which is the one that shoots greenish yellow spike things. Any form can turn into the other at any time.

Technically yes.
They're smart to, The stalker forms will usally run up to you and either "bite" you or turn into a Tank form. Once A tank form it will usually stay that unless if you start running away from it. If you do and it can see you it will jump on a wall and turn into a sniper form. If none of the snipers can get you they'll turn into Stalkers.
