Alright i have been told when Halo 3 Download-able stuff comes out.... No one will be able to take it from there HDD with Xsata to mod it? Is this true?

It most likely won't be moddable in the same way the Halo 2 maps weren't. First we have to figure out how to even mod the original maps...then we can worry about figuring out ways to mod the DLC ones.

Hopefully, we'll be able to do like we could in Halo 2 and add them to the main menu and just move them...but that's probably just wishful thinking.

Your question is just like asking if we can mod Halo 2. Yes, we WILL be able to mod Halo 3.

You asked if it would be possible to get the maps from the hard drive. It will be. They will be no different than other content, and you can get it just as easily.

If so, we won't be modding DLC until that MS key somehow ends up in our hands. =x

No it will not run until someone cracks a signature method

You'd have to burn a new disk every time. Since right now modding is pretty much just limited to flashing the DVD rom drive's firmware, I imagine we have a long way to go before creating any real interesting mods with Halo 3.
