ok if u read the books there are 4 more spartans the MC is beleved to be spartan 2 and the captian (captain keys) is believed to be spartan 1 (the first spartan)

No. Johnson is believed to be a Spartan I, not Captain Keyes. Also, what relevance does this bear to Halo 3? Hint: None.
