well, today i was over at my friend Drew's house playing Halo 3, and we were on the 11th level. i got bored and managed to cram my self out of the map through various techniques i discovered in halo 2. when he died, he spawned behind me, and we continued on on top of the map until he fell down past the invisible barrier to the bottom, still out of the map. we continued to walk toward the main building that you are supposed to shut off (that has the huge beams coming out of it). upon doing so, the game froze for a good 4-6 seconds with a message saying Loading.... Done.

after it unfroze, we both appeared out of the map still, but in a WAY different area. we were now on top of the map so you couldn't fall down again, and there were many death barriers. i'll be able to upload the video tomorrow since i'll be at his house. tutorial coming soon as well.

I feel proud to be the very first to find out this glitch. it could unlock many new secrets in the tricks category.

Me and my friend just did that glitch playing on legendary a few days ago! It froze for like 5 min for us.

11th level? I thought there were only 9.

there are 21 campaign missions (that i've counted so far)
we found this on the 11th mission.

Oh you should have said missions. ;x I thought you were talking about actual campaign levels.
