ok so we all know tha halo 3 (OMG) is comeing out on tuesday, but ill tell you some reasons this game will suck balls and why im not getting it.

1. this game costs $60 and if your a real dweeb youll buy the collectors additon that will but you back $100 or more im not sure.

2. this is pretty much it there not going to be a halo 4 or a halo 6 1/2 this is it.

3. what you cant be a brute? weak.

4. things you cant use: jackalshield, scarab,phantom,pelican,longsord,and whatever else i forgot.

5. WTF is a mauler?

6. forge looks like it is going to be confusing as hell and youll spend more time makeing a map than playing it.

7. a spartan laser? thats just going to be like halo2's noob combo and dont tell me it wont.

8. xbox live is going to be free for 3 days? why? thats just going to create more connection traffic and it will be running sluggish.

9. why is earth all of the sudden allies with the elites? it should be that there fighting each other and earth at the same time.(be more interesting )

10. someone is going to come alaong and mod this game and its going to be like halo2 on live was all over again

if you disagree or have something something else to add go ahead . and the only thing that doesnt suck is the ending i watched it already

Let's see which of your ideas are actually valid:
1) That doesn't have anything to do with the gameplay.
2) It's the end of MC's story, they never called it the end of Halo.
3) That's just stupid. There's something we like to call "balance."
4) Takes away from the core of Halo.
5) That's not even a complaint, it's just ignorance.
6) Your only remotely valid point, even so, it's fairly straight forward. Will it take time to learn? Yes. In all seriousness, if you want to make a good map, you should spend a lot of time on it.
7) It's balanced. Clearly you haven't bothered to educate yourself on the matter.
8) Not a complaint about the game.
9) Ignorance to the storyline.
10) No.

So basically, everything you said was wrong, unfounded, ignorant, or didn't make any sense.

All games cost around 60$ when brand new. And some people want to pay more for extra things, that is their choice, what relevance does it have to why you won't buy it?

2. More of a reason to buy it...


3. Brutes would ruin multiplayer in my opinion. Elites/Arbiter and Masterchiefs are the most balanced.

4. Jackal shield, so? It would be cheap. Scarab, Cheap. Phantom, Cheap, pelican, longsword, makes all the campaign cheap. And is also cheap in MP.

5. Mauler is a Shotgun.

6. Forge is actually very easy and you can make a map in a couple of minutes... You never tried it, your just trying to find reasons not to like it.

7. Spartan Laser is balanced... If you know how to combat it, then why does it matter? N00b combo in Halo 2 wasn't a problem, only the REAL noobs complained about it because they couldn't counter attack it.

8. No it won't. Sorry to hear you like to try and make up reasons to not like things... It will be the same.

9. If you played Halo 2 campaign, you would know... That statement you made is just stupid, you wouldn't buy it just because of that.

10. So? It shouldn't ruin the game. If people cheat, you have a video system to report to bungie.

Conclusion: Play the game before you make up statements that are either not thought out, or just make no sense... And honestly even if you played it already and you don't like it, you must be REALLY slow if it takes you that long to make a map in forge.

Alot of those reasons aren't even reasons.

"The beta" is not evidence for unbalancing, it is a source for evidence. I wish to see your evidence for all of your claims. You blurt out all sorts of ridiculous things, things which don't even make sense, then ignore when people destroy your credibility. This isn't even a discussion, you're just picking out parts you think you can argue, and neglecting to acknowledge that people have debunked nearly everything you say. I fail to see how you expect to be taken seriously with such an ill-fated topic of discussion and inability to address those addressing your unfounded logic.

Even something like an example would help. I don't recall having a lot of trouble taking out a spartan laser. Its just like any other medium-long range weapon.

Saying it's "unbalanced in the beta" does not prove it was. You need to state why it was unbalanced. What makes it so overpowered with no downside? It is balanced, and that is why you fail to provide evidence to suggest that it is not.
