Whenever I go off saying that "it isn't [insert map here]" even when there is a fair amount of evidence that it is, it usually ends up to be just that. I guess I have it stuck in my mind that everybody is out to fool everybody else. That and I seriously doubted Bungie would have both a remake and a spiritual successor to the same map in the same game.

So, I shall say that this Moonlight Sonata is Lockout.

I'm not saying I want it to be lockout, though I have to admit defeat when it is due. And hell, maybe it isn't. Nobody can say for sure until next Tuesday.

Sorry Chiron TL34, maybe next time :'(

Magazine cover.

Sure its not much, but it does as I said, add to the rumour.
I think...That I just pooped a little bit.

I was being hasty and just saw "chilly" and jumped on Chill Out because that was one of my most played maps (right behind Damnation, if not tied with it). I don't follow the community when it comes to these sort of things, I wouldn't have even known of the "description" of the map if someone didn't post it in the thread. Meh.

It's better, but still doesn't look as true as they want to portray it as.

Definitely Lockout.
Tuesday will let us know.
I wish they would've just ported it, though.

Qft ;o

A Lockout would be coolio, but I would like to see some other maps done a lot more than I would Lockout. And if it is Lockout, at least now I can stop hearing about how much everybody wants a Lockout port or remake.

Maybe because it's not Coagulation in any way. It is a spiritual successor, it is a canyon with two bases. That's what makes it a spiritual successor. You can't really say it failed when it is exactly what it is intended to be...

Well I suppose that sucks for you, considering it's already a confirmed remake. :|

It looks more like a fake concept for April Fool's.

Except that Tuesday is still in March, which is why I'm more inclined to believe things right now than to ignore them.

Of course, me accepting that it's lockout (according to my above theory) means that it won't be, so I don't know what the hell is going on now.

The magazine is most likely the April issue, which is what he is referring to. He's not saying the official information may be fake, he's saying that image of the magazine cover may be a fake concept art for AFD, made by the magazine editors, not Bungie.

Yes, but that Magazine's issue would be April's, according to how magazines go for me.

Read Tural's post above me. I don't know why it didn't give that "somebody has posted before you" message.

Meh i dont think its an april fools thing. Think about it, its march 22. For this to be a leak it would have to be at least Mays Issue as an April Issue would have arrived a while ago.
Don't be.
