BIZ: Now that Bungie has gone indie, does it retail all the IP it established before the acquisition (Myth, Oni, Marathon, etc)?
FO: We have Marathon. Microsoft owns Halo, and Take2 I believe, owns Myth and Oni. But we're also all about new ideas.
Microsoft owns the Halo brand, which doesn't allow Bungie to produce more Halo games without Microsoft being a part of it. In the same way Take2 owns the other games, and Bungie can not ever port them to XBLA (As they talked about in a podcast), because they don't own the rights to it.
