That's nice, but you blatantly lied by saying they confirmed any remakes, let alone two.
Even more so, that quote isn't even solely about this DLC batch. It just says in the future, which could be in 5 years or in this one. It doesn't confirm anything at all, about anything, in any way.

I didn't see the may, but it's still confirmation enough for me. I don't see why Bungie would tease us like that.

It [Moonlight Sonata (Lockout)] is described as having a series of interconnected platforms. It's chilly, isolated, and has a gentle glow. It's a relatively small map littered with fusion cores and ''will be loved by almost everyone'' and ''will be universally adored''. Now referring to the remaining 2 maps after ghost town Bungie says
Two of them in particular will cause a Three Mile Island scale pant-fill-disaster in the Halo community.
Seems like remakes to me.

Again, that's nice. I'm not doubting you. I'm just saying you lied about it being confirmed.

Sorry, it wasn't intentional. I misread it. I was actually just going off what I remember and I didn't go over it again before posting.

am I the only one praying for a chillout remake?
I'm not on a hunt to find all of the facts to proove what maps the new maps MIGHT be remakes of, I'll just be patient enough to look at the un-vealance tomorrow.

I'd say I'd hope for a Chiron TL34 re-make, but as that's probably everybody's least favorite map except for me, it won't happen :(

To be honest, I don't know if that is sarcasm or not. I actually loved that map, it was fun with 2-4 people on one xbox with snipers, rockets, shotguns, or everyone invisible, but Bungie jokes around because it was a horrible map. It would not fit in matchmaking.

I wasn't being sarcastic, it's probably my favorite map in the original game.

I loved playing that map as well; the biggest problem though was that it was too easy to control the teleporter room.

It could be a copy, but we never know. For either one. But its most likely not.

Clearly they stole concepts/bitmaps from a modder's resources because they cannot create their own, as seen in Halo 1/2/3.

'Extremely late this evening' probably means around 2AM Pacific like the ViDocs. Luke said Wednesday over at NeoGAF, btw.
