He is. That's why I linked those. I was just too lazy to find which one specifically talked about what he mentioned.

SideWinder or Headlong would be great DLC maps.

I don't know that Headlong would work as well in Halo 3 as it did in Halo 2. Sidewinder would fit quite well into Halo 3's gameplay, however.

Agreed. I never liked Headlong anyways, though.

I miss Coagulation the most.
Along with headlong.
I can't wait to see what "Purple Reign" turns out to be, from what's been said all the map testers so far have been raving about it.

And maybe the H3 headlong will actually give all the buildings windows, as opposed just being tall solid colored rectangles.

It just seems to be built for Halo 2's gameplay. The weapons, vehicles, general playability between the two games is quite dramatic, and I can't see a map designed like Headlong working. It's way too closed-off everywhere. Halo 3 maps are much, much more open.

Funny that. When I got 3 other people to play halo 3, their first question was "is blood gulch still here? its my favourite map"

I guess its fun, but I like valhalla more though (Just a pity it rarely hows up in MM for me :()

I think that there needs to be a strictly covenant map. Like basically inside High Charity or something. That and a huge, land based forest map.

Guardian is a remake of both Lockout and ascension, so I wouldn't get your hopes up. Though Guardian is a terrible remake of both of them.

Right now they are taking suggestions at Bungie I believe.

Overall people want Bloodgulch, Sidewinder, and Beavercreek back.

But they mostly plan on larger maps much like Sandtrap with potential at larger vehicle battles. Hoping they build in drop ships for use or maybe like a flight version of the elephant or something. Or even original Pelicans and Phantoms would be nice.

You know they won't do it though because they probably think that would be too much for their servers.
That has never, ever been stated. The is no factual basis behind that.

No.

So?

No. They are working primarily on small, symmetrical maps. Your claim is nearly 100% wrong.

Big maps are no more of a strain than small maps. Server capacity has absolutely nothing to do with any of this.
Tural I know what is talking about. All of the things he mentioned were written or said by bungie. I remember hearing it.

Tural I know what is talking about
What?...

Anyways, we can play the he-said she-said game all day. Yet the defense is the only side required for opening presenting of evidence. So get to it.
