ive just unlocked all the armor except the commando shoulders damn bugged armor

I got the "We're In For Some Chop" achievement, but I didn't get the stupid shoulders. I got it on a suicide kill on a Shade turret, and I instantly exited, went to check it out, and it wasn't there. When I checked my achievements, I had the right one, but it won't let me get the achievement again, must be a bug.

Also, I got all of the EOD armor without beating the Campaign on Legendary.

I don't know, something doesn't seem right here. I bet Bungie is just trying to throw us off track. Last night, I met a guy who said he had it and he told me he'd tell me how to unlock it today but I have to wire him $50. I think its a pretty fair trade.

How do you get the achievment "UNSC Spartan", for the Rougue Helmet?
And will I get it this time, because I got an achievment for a body armor, and it just didn't happen...
also, will I ever get that piece of armor if I didn't get it then?
I don't remember what it was I wanted to get, so please don't ask.

Officer is a rank achievement. Get over 70 EXP and skill level 10 to get it.
