I have a question about the mongoose, in the bungie article they said the top speed was 60mph and it can go from 0-30 in 3 seconds. Does anyone have any idea of how these stats compare to the warthog and ghost?

What do you think the Achievements will be? I'd say there'll be small points for double/triple/killtaculars etc... and the usual "Play x games of Slayer" but hopefully they do something interesting too, maybe name them/theme them on the Halo Universe.

I thought the new GRAW achievement was pretty clever, I believe to get it you must kill a player that already has it... makes you think; how did the first person get it?

Probably someone from Ubisoft just playing online to get it started.

I kinda want Bungie to put in an achievement that's like, almost impossible to get. Kinda like GoW's "Seriously..."
I mean, 10,000 kills. I don't even have that many in BF2 and I've played that a lot longer than GoW and you can average ~60-70 kills in a single round.

I hope there's an achievement for collecting a set number (Read: all) skulls. (Assuming the game will have them, which it's safe to say it will)

I think Need for Speed Carbon started that. It's called the "Viral Achievement" where you can only get it by racing against someone who has it. It started with the developers...then spread on.

But I'm not sure wich game came first, so maybe GRAW started it.

I'm almost positive in Halo 3 there'll be an achievement for completing the campaign on different difficulties.

I think they should have parachutes for when you jump out of banshees... Instead of infinite fall....

Parachutes would be inconvenient, extremely easy to spot, and if we're going to be technical, wouldn't do much to stop a MJOLNIR suit from falling fast.

That would be stupid. I'd like to see a grenade launcher attached to the BR, like in CMT's Halo CE campaign mod.

Now that we have the spartan laser, will there be covenant/brute weapon that is similar to it?
Also now that bungie has all these new weapons will they get rid of a few old ones, or just keep them all and have a massive weapon overload?
One thing I wouldn't mind seeing would be a covenant shotgun like weapon.

If you thought I was serious about the parachute then.....start slicing.

Anyway, a jet pack, or skateboard, or you know, like a 747 commercial jet that allows you to skysurf down to a battle in sp would be pretty cool...

I believe there will be more than one anti vehicle weapon

And bungies quote was from this week (not the weekly update) meaning its not prior to the announcement of the spartan laser

Veegie: How does the Warthog compare to the ATV's speed?
KP: The mongoose is faster off the line, but a Warthog could easily pass it in a race.

Also, both seats on the Mongoose are 3rd Person.

I'm not too sure of the 32 round clip, could be good I suppose... but I loved unloading a clip of 60 into a group of grunts.
