best glitch ever. I will have to try that today cause me and my friend play around too much in those dumpsters anyway so this should be a fun addition.

I've got one!

You will need: 1 Host, 1 Client, Forge

The host swaps to a monitor and spawns a shotgun, while the client remains a spartan. Host spawns a shotgun (thats what we used, others may work) and drops it somewhere. The client has to pick it up (or swap it for a weapon) at the same time the monitor picks it up. This can be done with careful timing, but having the monitor tap A twice, while the spartan holds RB may work.

If done correctly, the monitors HUD will indicate that he is holding an object, but there is no model, and the Spartan will have picked up a shotgun, and for some reason a tripmine. On the host's screen, the Spartan will appear to be holding an invisible Anvil, and if you hold R trigger to rotate the "object", it rotates his wrists. After further rotation, his arms will dissapear. If the Spartan reloads his shotgun it looks like he is stroking an invisible kitteh. If the monitor "deletes" or "drops" the shotgun other stuff happens. I'm not sure on the triggers, but here's what can happen:
-No arms
-One arm
-Crazy arms folded in to body
-Invincibility

I didn't find it, my friend did. He came over to my house and showed me the video, it's pretty funny :p

It would be EXTREMELY hard to re-do, so I dunno if it'd be worth trying :p

He called it banshee surfing. Basically, what he did was he was boarding an enemy banshee, and right as he got in, a rocket blew it up, but he was still boarding it, so he was stuck on it, and the top part was blown off. The banshee was still moving around on the map. Here's a screenshot:

I was in a Ghost while it was destroyed and upside down while playing campaign with a few other people the same way (boarding, tank shot killed it, etc)...neat to see it can be done with other vehicles I suppose.

Yeah, it happens. I don't really think it's a glitch(?), but it can sometimes be an inconvenience.

I have a vid of where i fell through guardian and a pic/vid of myself and some random assassinating eachother i have them in my fileshare i'll post em soon...but the vid would have to be downloaded through file share since i don't have a capture card.

This can happen if it splattered you after being hit with a hammer or if they jumped out of it as it went onto a man-cannon rocketing at ur face.
If u play this map it happens all the time...

I find very few people know about this glitch;

Mongoose short-cut into the High Ground base.

Simply grab a mongoose on High Ground, bring it up to the broken wall/ramp area outside of the base, drive it into the entrace of the tube. Park it parallel to the tube, so the back is towards the beach. Make sure the front is up against the wall. Get out. You should be inside the base.

It's magic.

it really isn't a glitch. you can get splattered by vehicle that doesn't have ppl in it. in halo 1 it wasn't called splattered. but in halo 2 it was called splattered. and if it was a glitch i think bungie would have fixed it.

and i don't get the mongoose shortcut? why if you can just run the entire mongoose into the base when you're already there?

I never said it was a glitch i just stated how u can sometimes get a kill from a vehicle ur not in.

. Fun glitch, dont know where you got the invicibility thing from though.
