If anyone noticed teh man had a prostetic leg. Looking at the video it runes teh point of there even being a game now because it basicly tells you that teh humans win and the the world is saved and i wanted that to be sort of the punch of halo 3's story. There is one thing that remains in teh story that we dont know is what happens to the ally aliens after we indeed "finish teh fight". people like the prophets and brute come to mind when thinking of where do they all go. Alot of movies like the one just released and the armed race and part 2 all make me wonder if the halo movie is going to happen. Looking at some of the stuff low budget studio's and other companys have thrown togeather seems like hollywood could do it bigger better and greater. From things i've heard is that the movie was canceled. There was alot of speculation early on in the production of halo 3 that stated there wasnt going to be a game at all, In a gamer pro magazine there was an article on how halo 3 isnt going to be. But that seemed to happen and Bungie showed us all what they had at E3 2006 with the bright and shiney anouncement trailer. Looking at all that I think Bungie or Microsoft could of easly rendered an old man and an envoronment with all the setting as that video. There must be some reason for the real life capture we've seen lately.

I know what your saying but like its better as a mistery and we all saw it comming but it would of been better to experiance the fanaly our self instead of a video comming out acouple days before teh release. I wouold be pissed as hell if I came across a video of teh final cinematic.

Just because we know what happens doesn't mean we know exactly how it happens. It's like those movies where the good guy has to disarm a bomb. You know they're going to do it, but when it comes to that scene where he has to pick the right wire to cut, you are tense as all hell.

Honestly, anyone who didn't like that video obviously has no care for plot development. :?

And I never said you didn't. My post was directed more towards the people who posted with "lame."

I was expecting something way different like gunshots and screams in the background.

This totally surprised me. It's almost like a real documentary of a past war. It's a great change of pace of all the other halo3 trailers and what not. Gave me chills and the end. Bravo.

Also, I want those figures...now.

Yes! Wouldn't that be hilarious if we all set up our own halo battles. Or they came out with halo risk...

I find that kind of bad, I wish it was more longer, with maybe better acting.

I know, you agree with me :P I just think maybe a younger marine that served during the battle would of done the old mans part, Maybe have him with battle scars from plasma on his face or something idk. Lol I just didn't like it.

This is why you are not in charge of doing things. If you changed the main person in the video, then it wouldn't even be the same video or story. What are you even rambling about, seriously?
