No, in single player the other guy (I'm assuming Arbiter) would be AI controlled probably.

Edit @ voltage: no the other one was slimmer this one is quite big and is held completely differently

Has no one else watched the "Halo: Arms race" yet? It's real life, pretty cool, except the armor and the weapons kinda look like toys.

It doesn't matter if it's one single byte over, or if it's 10 MB over, it's still oversized.
And you took the concept of using the new image, left-side focus, etc, right after I did it.
