I remember before Halo 3 came out people thought Forge would allow you to change the time of day. Obviously that wasn't the case. With that said, night time on High Ground, with moon in sky. :p Not sure if you guys can do something like that yet but it'd be hawt. That would be cool but unfortunately only some of it would be possible like the trees, rocket ammo, and the gauss turrets. If so, then I have a suggestion for a map.
-It would be on Valhalla
-No AI bots (they mess up the game when there's a lot of them, and you can't have a real game)
-The Covenant floating sniper towers (the ones in the Campaign where the Snipers sit) around the map, maybe 2-3 of them.
-A Troop Hog spawns at each base (I know you can't really go in the back, but it would be cool to have there)
-Some Rocket ammo spawns at 2 different spots on the map, just like in Coagulation
-There are some Rockets, one at each base.
-A Gauss Turret spawns on the elevated platform beside the Man Cannon at each base
-Some more trees around the map, but not too many, so you can still drive around without bumping in to stuff.
-Be creative, but keep it balanced
If you did this, it would be the first balanced modded map out there that could actually be played in a real game.

All right, but it would be nice to see a modded map that would work well for a real game. If you can only spawn the turrets, does that mean that you could spawn the vehicles without them?
