I wonder how the first level will start. I think that they should start it with that trailer. They seem to leave out a lot that we have previously seen, and it kinda runes the story

i think the first level will be OUTSKIRTS TWO, where ur a marine and ur killing the covenant and master cehif is a army npc and cant be killd but still sux and he can taek ur guns

Actually, my stance on this whole speculation is: Stand idly by, make a few speculations, shoot them down (my own speculations) and just shut up and play.

Then again, speculating is fun and makes blood boil.

Me? I'm really hoping this installment will focus more on the story. Sadly, the most intricate part, the Forerunners, will probably take a back seat because this whole thing will probably take place on Earth. I mean, maybe a few logs in some buildings or something, but not much, I'd guess.

I believe that occurs before Outskirts begins, as a supplement to the Outskirts cutscene, which would lead me to believe it's more likely that Chief encounters them in normal gameplay than them being around after the Slipspace event.

Ah, yeah. I just remember there being a video about ODST's and it was set on Earth. Would be cool if you met up with them, would make that video have a better link to the story I suppose.
