Sierra 117...should be easy to tell, but Sierra is the phoenetic alphabet's "S." Just another way of saying Spartan 117, methinks.

The Phoenetic alphabet is a way of turning individual letters into words. A is Alpha, B is Bravo, C is Charlie, etc. Phoenetic comes from phonetics which is the study of sounds of speech.
The alphabet of the ancient civilization would be Phoenician.

I'm pretty sure that the halo 3 console has a 20 GB harddrive instead of the elite's 120 GB one.
