14 skulls?

I was browsing for the mythic map skull locations (I read somewhere here that there were already vids) and stumbled across this.

I don't remember where, but I saw another video on youtube that holding the skull to the end of the level makes you start "Halo" with a spartan Laser.

Has anyone already discovered this skull, or read up on any other things this skull can do besides the laser thing?

You walk through the level Cortana with it and you start with a spartan lazer instead of rockets. Its quite old, sorry =/

Well, it also count as the blind skull if you never found it on the first level.
