I love the new maps. Blackout is as good as always and plays just like Lockout, Ghost Town attracted little attention from fans before its release, but OH MY GOD is it amazing! Avalanche is fantastic, I played a 5v5 game of Multi Flag and it was incredible. The Hornets are well balanced, and encourage you to assume a more team escorting based role. I was messing around in Forge, and designed this little base. If done neatly, it could make a rather nice addition to the map:

These maps are pretty sweet. I like Avalanche a lot, I haven't played Ghost Town online yet, and I didn't really like Blackout (probably because I kept losing against everybody else

). Multi-flag is pretty fun on Avalanche, but I think they need some big team slayer.

i have them at my dads house but not at my moms, i really to like blackout, because lockout=my fav map on halo 2, i especially like the filters i like the "gears of war" filter i was wondering is there a way to get my mappack from my 1 xbox to another? without having to rebuy them?

CTF on Avalanche is so beast. >_< i love it.

The new maps are awesome, but has anyone had their 360 freeze up while playing the new maps? It's possible that it's my xbox, but every time I tried the new maps it would freeze after a few minutes. I played some matchmaking on the regular maps last night and it was fine which is making me thing it has to do with the new maps.

I'll hopefully still be able to play shenanigans tomorrow.

I'm finding Avalanche to be my favourite map so far, followed by lockout, then ghost town...Not saying ghost town is bad by any means, I just haven't figured out where anything is yet

Its very pretty.
I'll still try and get some 1337 screenshots.

Ghost Town - Pretty cool, but I don't like it that much. I'm sure it will grow on me more as I get to know the layout a bit better.

Avalanche - Incredibly fun, I played 2v2 splitscreen multi-flag with some friends and had a good time. The maps plays out great and the forge objects should provide some interesting results.

Blackout - Awesome. This map is just as fun as Lockout. It seems... Wider though, which is alright. If anybody knows how to get into the area above the Sword room, let me know. There's a whole room up there with stairs and everything that's inaccessable. There's another small room above the sniper tower I'd like to get in to. =)

General - The Forge FXs don't even look that great, in my opinion. The only one I would really consider using is Juicy or Black and white for screenshot purposes... Maybe Juicy for gameplay because it brings out the colour nicely.

o p.s. Fileshare Pro is pretty cool. =)

eh. I expected more. The only one that was worth it to me was blackout.
